With his track record of high-level achievement, dedication and attention to detail, David Porter is the ideal partner to have on your real estate team to streamline what can be a stressful and complex process. Focused and competitive from his years in college and professional football, David prides himself on working fiercely for clients, while putting them at ease with his relaxed and friendly demeanor.
David earned his BS at the University of Iowa while on a football scholarship. At Iowa, he served in a leadership council position and earned numerous honors including a team MVP, two All-Big Ten honors and an invitation to the NFL, playing initially for Green Bay and then for Buffalo and Indianapolis.
Returning home to Chicago after his NFL career, David worked his way from salesperson to Vice President for a wholesale distribution company for MRO and construction supplies. David’s skills in contract writing and interpretation, P&L oversight, team management and training serve his real estate clients exceptionally well. David’s knowledge extends across the city of Chicago, and he loves to share his expertise on his own community, Chicago’s Lakeshore East, where he has called home for the past 15 years.
The son of two parents who served in the Army, David was born in Germany and has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. as well as internationally. He has a deep appreciation and respect for different cultures and dealing with people from all walks of life.
Elif is a real estate professional with 10 years of experience working with Chicago Developers and foreign investors. She has worked on large scale residential projects and been involved in site selections, financial structuring, design, construction and marketing phases. Elif joined the Porter Group within @properties to offer her clients expert market knowledge and professional marketing using cutting edge technology. She believes that being a member of the Porter Group will enable her to provide her clients with the highest level of service in the industry.
Information is power in this business and Ryan’s goal is to provide clients with the information they need to make the right decisions. He has a background education in marketing and business, 15+ years of experience in mortgage lending, licensing education, property sales, management, maintenance and leasing. As such, Ryan brings a lot more than keys to his showings.
Debra’s 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing personifies professionalism, integrity, loyalty, and organization. She knows the importance of guiding and keeping her clients informed with accurate and pertinent information that’s vital to making wise and valuable investment decisions. Her knowledge of the market, strong negotiating skills, and strict attention to detail come into play as she deftly negotiates (on her client’s behalf and best interests).
